On March 26, 2024, the AgeX Therapeutics, Inc. (“AgeX”) completed its previously announced merger transaction with Serina Therapeutics, Inc., an Alabama corporation (“Serina AL”), pursuant to which Merger Sub merged with and into Serina AL, with Serina AL surviving the merger as a wholly owned subsidiary of AgeX.
